Just because you have a lot of love to give doesn’t mean you should give it to someone that doesn’t deserve it.

Have a schedule.
I realize that I am saying this as someone who has a constantly changing schedule, but it’s important.
You will be most productive if you have a schedule. Try to go to bed around the same time every night. Try to get up around the same time every day. Have a day where you meal prep. I know the idea of having your life scheduled out seems boring as hell, but it’s not like every second of our life should be planned.
It’s easier to find time for things when you have a semi-regular schedule. Just try to keep a few things as regular as you can, like bed time and you’ll start being more productive.
Try it and let me know!
I’m convinced that some girls with ponytails move their heads a little more enthusiastically because they like how their ponytails swing around.
we do.
That’s because it is true.
i think one of the biggest problems i have with getting stuff done is i assume it’s easy for other people. like “she gets up at six every morning because she’s a morning person” or “yeah, he can run five miles every day but he likes running” or “she knows five languages, her brains just wired differently than mine” when in reality it’s all about discipline for everyone. like yeah, some people have natural aptitudes for some things but anyone that’s accomplishing anything is putting in the work. achievements don’t come easy, and i think if i start acknowledging that it’s like that for everyone i can stop making excuses
Take a moment everyday to count your blessings. Remind yourself of everything good that surrounds you, all that you have achieved, and all the joy you have created. Your life is more than facing one challenge after the next, it is happiness. Life is peaceful, it is pure and it is beautiful. Every day find time to remind yourself of everything good that has happened so far, you are more capable than you have ever been.

I want to show people who are new to this that it is okay to fail and that doesn’t define you.
Pay attention to whom your energy increases and decreases around, because that’s the universe giving you a hint of who you should embrace or stray from.
It’s important to know who’s worth the effort and who’s not.
My actual goals are to be so successful & independent that I can spoil myself and my family and do what I love and go where I want whenever.
